To ensure a smooth return process, it is recommended that you document the unboxing of your parcel. This can be achieved by recording a video while opening the package. This video serves as a valuable reference in the event of any discrepancies regarding the condition of the item upon arrival.

Upon deciding to return an item, please ensure that it is in its original condition, unworn or unused, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags. This is crucial for the eligibility of your return request.

Customer must return the merchandise via trackable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense and the cost of return will not be refunded
